Delivery hubs in Dubai · Islamabad · Singapore

Turn scattered data into decisions your business can act on

Quantix Technologies designs, builds and runs modern cloud data platforms for organisations across the Middle East, Pakistan and Asia Pacific. Migration off legacy warehouses, production-grade data engineering, and analytics people actually use — delivered in your time zone, under your data residency rules.

Where we work

Regional delivery, not offshore guesswork

Every engagement is staffed by consultants who work your business hours, understand your regulator, and know what "data residency" means in your jurisdiction.

Middle East

GCC & Levant

UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait and Jordan. On-shore data residency patterns for SAMA, NCA and UAE regulatory requirements.

  • · Dubai and Riyadh delivery presence
  • · Arabic/English bilingual reporting
  • · Hijri and fiscal calendar modelling
Pakistan

Karachi · Lahore · Islamabad

Our largest engineering centre. Deep bench of data engineers, plus first-hand experience with SBP reporting and PTA data obligations.

  • · Full-time engineering pods
  • · SBP / SECP reporting expertise
  • · Cost-efficient managed operations
Asia Pacific

SEA & ANZ

Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Australia and New Zealand. Multi-entity, multi-currency data models built for cross-border groups.

  • · PDPA / Privacy Act aligned design
  • · Multi-region cloud architectures
  • · Follow-the-sun support coverage
What we do

End-to-end data capability, one accountable partner

We are deliberately not tied to a single vendor. We recommend the stack that fits your budget, your team's skills and your regulator — then we build it and keep it running.

Data Warehousing

Design and build of cloud warehouses and lakehouses on Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, Redshift or Synapse — dimensional modelling, layered architecture, cost controls.

Explore

Data Engineering & ETL

Production pipelines with dbt, Airflow, Spark, Kafka and Fivetran. Version-controlled, tested, monitored and documented — not one-off scripts on someone's laptop.

Explore

Analytics & BI

Semantic layers and dashboards in Power BI, Qlik, Tableau and Looker. Governed metrics so finance, ops and the board finally agree on the same number.

Explore

Migration & Modernisation

Teradata, Netezza, Oracle Exadata and on-prem SQL Server moved to cloud with parallel-run validation and zero-surprise cutover plans.

Explore

Managed Data Operations

We run the platform after go-live: SLA-backed monitoring, incident response, cost optimisation and continuous pipeline improvement.

Explore

Data Security & Governance

Classification, masking, lineage, access control and audit readiness — aligned to ISO 27001, SAMA CSF, NCA ECC, PDPA and GDPR.

How we engage

A delivery model built to survive contact with reality

Most failed data programmes fail for the same reasons: a boiled-ocean scope, no business owner, and a platform nobody can operate after the consultants leave. We work in short, funded increments that put something usable in front of your business inside the first quarter.

  • Fixed-price discovery so you can evaluate us cheaply before committing
  • First production dataset live in 6–10 weeks, not 12 months
  • Everything in your cloud account, your git repo, your names
  • Knowledge transfer and runbooks contractually included

How we're structured

1

Discovery & assessment

Two to three weeks. We inventory your sources, profile data quality, map current reporting pain, and hand back a costed target architecture and roadmap — yours to keep whether or not you hire us.

2

Foundation build

Landing zone, security model, ingestion framework, CI/CD and observability. Built once, properly, so every later increment is fast and cheap.

3

Domain increments

One business domain at a time — finance, then sales, then operations. Each ends with a validated dataset and a dashboard a real user signs off on.

4

Operate & hand over

We run it under SLA while training your team, then step back to whatever level of support you still want. No hostage-taking.

Technology

Vendor-neutral by design

We hold certifications across the major clouds and warehouse platforms. The right answer depends on your workload profile, not our commission.

Common questions

Before you get in touch

Yes. We design to the residency rules that apply to you — UAE and Saudi in-country cloud regions, Pakistan on-prem or local hosting where SBP guidance requires it, and Singapore or Sydney regions for APAC. Where a workload genuinely cannot leave the country, we architect a hybrid pattern rather than forcing a cloud-only answer.
Almost always with a fixed-price discovery of two to three weeks. You get a documented current-state assessment, a target architecture, a phased roadmap and a cost model. It is deliberately small so you can judge how we work before signing anything larger — and the deliverable is yours regardless of what you decide next.
That is the preferred model. Blended pods of Quantix consultants and your engineers build faster and leave far more capability behind. Where you have no team yet, we run the platform under a managed service and help you recruit and train into it over time.
It depends on workload shape, existing cloud commitments and your team's skills. Snowflake tends to win on operational simplicity, BigQuery on ad-hoc scale-to-zero economics, Databricks where ML and streaming dominate, and Fabric where the organisation is already deep in Microsoft. We will show you the comparison and the numbers rather than assert an answer.
Discovery engagements are fixed-price and modest. Build phases are scoped per increment so you approve spend in stages rather than committing to a single large number up front. Managed operations are priced monthly against an agreed SLA. We will give you an indicative range on the first call once we understand source count and complexity.

Let's look at your data problem properly

Tell us what is broken — a reporting cycle that takes too long, a warehouse that costs too much, or data nobody trusts. We will tell you honestly whether we are the right people to fix it.
